Hi Elliott,

I'm surprised I am the first one reacting on your song here. You posted it some days ago.
But I'm sure all others will follow, because it's a funny and good song!
I enjoyed it a lot! I could easily listen to your lyrics, although they weren't on the forum or your SoundCloud.
Maybe you should still do that (?)

You have a very pleassant voice and the band is good (I think I said that too on another song of yours).

Have a nice day,
Hans

Elliot...you've written the perfect country song...honky-tonks and trucks...great track and vocals...using a common or colloquial phrase in a fresh and witty way is no small feat...you nailed it ...it's almost like you struck gold or were hit by a bolt of lightning or hit by the proverbial truck in a good way...really enjoyed it...thanks for posting...Dan

Really cool, Elliott. Smiles turned to guffaws. Outstanding lyrics. This is a great sing-along. Man, every line of those words bring a smile and some bring memories.

Enjoy whatever happens!

This is the kind of country song radio stations up here should be playing. This is fabulous! Loved the vocal and especially the lyrics. The backing tracks and mix were spot on.

Two big thumbs up!

PS - I can relate to this song - been there - done that.
