Hi my Biab friends,

I submit today a composition imploring human wisdom for a better life without violence on earth. It's a dream but if all the countries of our world could achieve it, it would be wonderful that people like you and me and our children could respect each other, love each other and live in peace. This composition is a call to the nations that have the power to declare this desire for peace with the blue lotus which represents wisdom. Thank you all for reading me despite the tragedies that are shaking our beautiful blue planet. Friendships to all.

Work method used: sequence of musical chords and search for melodic lines in the vst biab with the midi files of different solos realtracks. Use and choice of vst in Eastwest Silk which includes many different instruments to give Asian sounds

if you want to listen to this humble composition linked to the hope of a better life here is the link :

Hi bloc-head,

Thank you for your nice comment. But I think to withdraw this composition given the current geopolitical situation. Even if the accompanying message is intended to be peaceful, the instrumental sounds can be misunderstood in this time of global crisis. But the musicians of our beautiful planet and our beautiful forum Biab will remain united to inspire people to peace.

This is lovely. It has a touch of Asian and Celtic music, it seems to me. Nice. Good sentiments behind the song. Good one.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Hi Derochette,

Why do you want to withdraw this beautiful, Easternlike song, as you wrote to bloc-head in response?
That would be a great pity. The nasty ones on this earth would like that. Would you like THAT?

It has a lot from Japanese songs. I guess that's why you called it like you did. They like the Lotus a lot.
And it could also help dim the Chinese autocrats… maybe.

Misinterpretation would be conscious, deliberate and vexatious.
As mentioned the combination of South east Asian & Celtic sounds, melodies and the general arrangement are a very sweet carriage for your hope.

Cheers

Derochette,
Pretty and meditational tune. Listens very well. Good mix. Nothing I can think of I would change. A good attempt to convey message of peace with your music. Thank you for sharing.

Misha.

It's true that I can't help leaving a Celtic touch despite the musical instruments used in this instrumental track. Thank you.

Hi Birchwood,

You're right, any message towards tolerance and respect for others is like a mosquito finding itself in a room where an autocrat sleeps and prevents him from sleeping. Thank you for this kind comment.
