Here is the second-to-last recording for the 52 Tracks Project: Unless

https://52tracksblog.com/2016/12/22/track-51-unless/

I used the Classic Piano Jazz Quartet Style from the Xtra Styles Pak 2.

Acoustic Bass, Piano, Freddie Green Guitar, and Gypsy Jazz Drums.

Thanks for listening and for the comments.

Fred

Interesting write Fred! I particularly like this part.

With a stockpile of abuses

Hiding in your drawer

Not taking your excuses

You gotta check them at the door

Looks like you're going to make your 52. Impressive!! Take care. Greg

Fred,
Another enjoyable song.
It must have been fun writing this- I like the idea of back and forth creation with your co-writer. The result is good and has a nice light touch both lyrically and in the ragtime backing.

Thanks, Joe. Starting to feel relieved. Next week's song is fully arranged and waiting for my vocals. In the new year I will post my reflections on the project and how I used BIAB to accomplish my objectives.

Fred,

That's quote a project you have going! Like the song a lot ... bouncy and fun to listen to. Nice melody and a good kick-back and enjoy type of tune. Congrats on the project!

Merry Christmas,

Alan & Di

What a cool idea for a write. We love the minimalist production as it works
perfectly with your vocal and allows a lot of emphasis on the neat lyric.

51 -- wow. I haven't written that many in my life smile

As always we equally enjoy the backstory and the photo.

Merry Christmas!
