I am heading out on the road again for a couple of months. Most of the places we go to are out of cell phone range. I will check back in when I can. Everybody stay well! I was going through my loop library and found this nylon latin guitar. An excellent write. Simple, solid, saying all it needs to in short order.
Your usual excellent vocal. Distinctive - like the "distintive" greats - Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Tom T. Hall...
Great tracks all around. Your mixes always POP. They bring my speakers ALIVE.
And they always have tasty elements sprinkled throughout.
This one really "sticks with ya". The hallmark of "done right". In all regards.

Totally loved this! Every nuance of the recording is perfect. And the mix is full without being busy. I agree with you about the nylon guitar loop. You have a very distinctive sound that screams "Tom Adams Here!"!

Bud's first thought was Marty Robbins meets Eagles. Janice's was, "It makes me want to watch a western movie or read a western novel." Man, that vocal and acoustic guitar are outstanding. And the write is equally top bar. "There’s nothing like a sunset on a high desert plain To help a man see where his trail goes" A fav of many great lines. The production? What's left to say? This line tells me that it's kind of a personal thing with you.

The layers of guitars really stood out for me. A bit of mystery is felt in that sound.
